If you received a notification stating “Solicitud incompleta o insuficiente. Otorga plazo para remitir antecedentes” (Incomplete or insufficient application. Deadline for submitting additional documentation), you will have a maximum period of 60 days to submit the requested documents.
You must go to tramites.serviciomigraciones.cl and log in with your Claveúnica or Login Account.
Once you have logged into your account, go to your inbox, find the request and click on "Realizar".
You will be taken to the module to complete the requested information. Then click on "Siguiente".
You will see the deadline for submitting the documents and the image of the notification received.
The documents must be attached in PDF format. Just upload the documentation being requested and click on "Siguiente". Then you must "Finalizar" your procedure.
When the documents are submitted, the application will disappear from your inbox.
You will see the submitted application in your Historial de Trámites (History). It will be in pending status until it is resolved.
